Fernbrook’s Prices Road Estate comprises approximately 30 ha of live-zoned light industrial land. The estate is proximate Auckland International Airport and State Highways 1, 20 and 20B.

Bulk earthworks, civil and roading works have been completed and consents have been obtained for the first three buildings.

Construction of the first two buildings (PR1 and PR2) has commenced and both will be available from early 2027.

Construction of PR3 is scheduled to commence later in 2026 and the opportunity exists for prospective tenants to work with Fernbrook to customize the building design to their specific requirements.
